How do I make a request?
It's very simple. You request designs using a provided Trello board.
Clients commonly request designs by directly writing in Trello, but you can also share Google docs or even record a brief Loom video.
Any content that can be linked or shared in Trello is acceptable for requests.
How do requests work?
As a subscriber, you can add unlimited requests to your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially. One by one until the project is finished.
There is no limit on how many requests you can submit during your subscruption period.
What if my whole project takes less than month to finish?
If you have limited illustration work that takes less than a month, you can pause your subscription. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period.
For example, if you use the service for 15 days and pause your subscription, you'll have 16 days remaining to be used at a later time.
How long does a request take?
Most requests are completed within two days or less on average.
However, complex requests may require additional time for completion.
What are the programs you use?
We use many programs to deliver the best fidelity possible.
The main software suite consists of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate.
